The HighPROTEC line offers an outstanding solution for reliable medium voltage protection of distribution, generator, substation and motor. The innovative PC tool minimizes commissioning and training costs. The high degree of proven reliability guaranties high availability of your electrical grid and equipment. Each model type has the flexibility to handle the many variations that can be encountered in a specific application. The “All Inclusive Concept” of HighPROTEC devices offers you a complete portfolio of protection functions, plus the operating and setting software Smart view and a tool for analyzing disturbance records, and all that without any hidden costs or extra fees. New: HighPROTEC Release 3.7, KEMA Type Test The KEMA has certified that all HighPROTEC devices are compliant with all requirements of IEC 60255-1:2009.

Woodward’s easYgen | LS-6XT control is synchronizer controller with integrated mains decoupling and protection features. It enables several redundant communication schemes with peer controls. The applications range from independent synch check relay to complex power management system with multiple utility feeds, bus tie breakers and group breakers in combination with Woodward’s easYgen-3400XT/3500XT equipped genset controllers and/or easYgen | GC-3400XT equipped group controls. Redundant busses running among the peer controls ensure that availability of your power generation asset is not compromised to a single point of failure.

FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY We understand the time-intensive nature of power generation projects and ensuring the longevity of components is a specific way we contribute to our customers’ success. We’ve supplied and supported the well-established SPM-D line of synchronizers for over 20 years. And, now, the new SPM-D2 with its state-of-the-art technology extends the life of your synchronizers as a drop in replacement for your SPM-D units.   The SPM-D2-10 series are microprocessor-based synchronizers designed for use on three phase AC generators equipped with Woodward or other compatible speed controls and automatic voltage regulators. The SPM-D2-10 synchronizers provide automatic frequency, phase and voltage matching using either analog or discrete output bias signals. These synchronizers are applied to a wide range of prime movers and generators, as their control signals may be set to fit several types of gensets -- from fast-reacting diesel engines to soft-reacting gas turbines.   All SPM-D2 synchronizers are password protected and configurable either through HMI (as were the SPM-D units) or through the ToolKit configuration tool with USB connectivity.   Benefits: Compatible with a wide range of governors, automatic voltage regulators, and circuit breakers True RMS voltage sensing for reduced susceptibility to harmonics Front face synchroscope for easy commissioning HMI programming and USB connectivity to Woodward ToolKit service tool Drop-in replacement for existing SPM-D10 synchronizers   Features: Synchronization for one or two circuit breakers Phase match or slip frequency synchronization with voltage matching Three position/analog outputs for speed and voltage bias signals Circuit breaker time compensation Discrete inputs for operating mode selection Two-line liquid crystal text display for operation, alarm indication, and visualization of measuring values LED synchroscope Wide range power supply option available PC and front panel configurable   Packages: 3 Base Models SPM-D2-10: provides 1-phase / 2-wire voltage measurement with options for analog or discrete biasing signals and wide range power supply SPM-D2-10/YB: provides 3-phase / 4-wire voltage measurement with discrete biasing signals an option for wide range power supply SPM-D2-10/PSY5: provides 1-phase / 2-wire voltage measurement with discrete biasing signals, option for wide range power supply and 2 sets of switchable parameter set.

EASYLITE-200 ANNUNCIATOR-EASYLITE-200(UL,CE) The easYlite-200 is designed to remotely display the status of a Genset control system through a CAN bus or a Modbus RS-485 interface. The easYlite-200 may be used in applications where a remote status indicator is required, which is directly controlled by the generator control unit.

EASYLITE-100 ANNUNCIATOR-EASYLITE-100 The easYlite-100 annunciator is designed to remotely display the status of a generator control system through a CAN bus interface. The easYlite-100 may be used where an additional status display is required, which is directly connected to the generator control unit.

DTSC-200-55B CONTROL-DTSC-200-55B The DTSC-200 is the ultimate control for new ATS (automatic transfer switch) builds and retrofits. A complete measurement and protection package, it easily configures to Utility-to-Generator, Generator-to-Generator, or Utility-to-Utility systems for open, delayed, or closed-transition transfer with synch-check to ensure the smoothest possible transfer.
